1. Ticket booking for each month starts at 9am on the 1st day of the preceding month (unless it is a bank holiday) 2. Booking by phone is available Monday to Saturday from 9am to 7pm and on Sundays from 4pm to 7pm.The only phone numbers for ticket booking are as follows: 22 69 20 604, 22 69 20 664, fax 22 69 20 742. 3. Booking by electronic mail is not available. The only way of booking and purchasing tickets online is to use services of external partners of the Theatre. 4. The total number of available tickets for each performance is evenly divided between booking service and direct sale at the box office. 5. On the day of performance booking service is not available. It is possible, however, to buy tickets in person at the Theatre. 6. At the time of booking, the Theatre sets a deadline for purchase of booked tickets. No delay shall be granted i.e. booked tickets not paid on time shall be cancelled. 7. Ticket concessions are available to school students and students under 26 years of age, pensioners (upon presentation of a document entitling the holder to reduction) and to groups of 30 or more. 8. Individual tickets can be returned until 14h on the day of performance at the latest. 9. Group tickets (10 or more) can be returned no later than 5 working days before performance. 10. STANDBY TICKETS SALE INFORMATION 1. Standby tickets are available 30 min before performance. 2. The number of standby tickets is limited. 3. For chosen performances (the list to be found in the box office) one person may purchase no more than two tickets. 4. Priority is given to employees of Teatr Narodowy and to employees of other theatres as well as to the members of Polish Association of Theatrical Artists (ZASP). 5. Standby tickets may be purchased only with cash. 6. Standby tickets holders will be admitted to the auditorium after the third bell and they may take remaining free seats. However, they are obliged to leave their seats when a person with a regular ticket arrives.
